April is traditionally a quieter month for us with the Easter break and school holidays, of course this year we have experienced the added uncertainty of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Surprisingly over the Easter long weekend, we saw a spike in leasing enquiry and properties have still been leasing throughout the month.
