Well, summer has arrived and usually at this time of year, buyers taper off in the hills as everything dries out. But as with everything lately – this year is already defying the trend.

If you own a house in the hills, you will be happy to hear that Mundaring property was the 2nd highest growth suburb in Perth in 2022 with a 21.7% growth and a new median of $742,000 – up from $610,000.
