The hills market is still in great shape and shows no sign of changing!

At this time of year, things generally start to slow down, but once again it seems this year is going to be unique. There are still many buyers looking for good properties in the Hills and they are coming from everywhere, including the Eastern States.

In terms of the market, there is now a record low for the number of homes for sale in Perth under 600k, which is continuing to help hold prices higher. To get into the Hills now though, it’s much higher again and is holding strong, it really is premium real estate, as it should be!
