Shire of Mundaring March 2022 Property Market Update

The market is still strong in the Hills and there is no question there are buyers out there!

This month we sold a number of houses in the Mundaring Shire but one, in particular, was a lovely 1915, 4 bedroom cottage that achieved a record price for any half-acre property in the area and was sold through Facebook without any further marketing.
