According to REIWA at the end of last week, there were 2539 properties available for rent as opposed to the same week last year where there was 3314 properties available, with properties in and around the suburbs of Perth, still in very high demand!

We would also like to remind our current tenants, with the weather we have been experiencing lately, please make sure you’re actively reporting any maintenance to your property manager as it arises. It is imperative that we are made aware as soon as possible to avoid any major damage that could occur if the issue is left unchecked.
