I need to break my lease, how do I do this..?
We understand sometimes your situation changes and you may need to move on from a property earlier than planned. A lease agreement is a binding legal contract, so consider your options carefully before entering into any such agreement. If you need to break your lease, immediately contact your property manager via email to advise them of this. You will then be required to complete the request to break lease form which we will provide to you. Breaking lease is a breach of contract, therefore there are fees and charges associated with doing so. Your property manager can advise you of these costs upfront, so you know what to expect.
Prior to advertising the property, you will need to advise your property manager of the date you plan to vacate the premises. It is important that you do not stop paying your rent regardless of if you have moved out of the property. We will keep you updated on the progress of re-letting the property and contact you immediately once we have secured someone so you can cease paying rent.
